Opportunities for Sponsorship Partnerships

We recognised that your business must make a profit to provide continuity, innovation, and growth for your workforce and customers, now and in the future. We also understand that in an ever-changing commercial environment any investment that you make as a business will need to provide a return on that investment.

We are asking you to consider a different type of return on investment by being a sponsorship partner with Truro’s only Community & Hospital Broadcasting Network (CHBN) radio station. This is an opportunity to make a philanthropic commitment in the community that you do business.

CHBN is a different kind of radio station, we are a Community Interest Company and we broadcast across Treliske in Truro, West Cornwall in Penzance, and St Michaels in Hayle. Our broadcast area has a 5km radius from the centre of Truro on FM. We have an online presence via our website, and listeners can download the CHBN App, meaning our reach of potential listeners goes beyond our FM transmitter.

We are not-for-profit, entirely volunteer run, community organisation and we need your support to keep this valued community service running and developing.

The benefits of an Association with CHBN

Your sponsorship is about making a public commitment that says you are part of the fabric of the community where your workforce and customers live and work.

It is an opportunity to generate a positive image of your business’s services and products, whilst at the same time raising brand awareness.

How your commitment impacts positively on your workforce engagement, being a business that by association with CHBN is invested in and cares about the local commuity.

The recognition from your customers that you not only say you are local but you are actively supporting the community by your sponsorship.

Building connections, sponsorship partners are all about building long-term relationships, sharing information, working together to deliver a message that says you can be trusted.

Being part of a community is all about recognising that each community has its challenges, e.g., welfare, poor mental health, unemployment, homelessness, poverty. The power of collaborative partnership is working together, doing our bit to make a difference, and where we can use the power of radio to bring people together to reduce isolation and loneliness.
